Special rights regarding the processing of personal data are granted to data subjects ("Data Subject") defined as the relevant person in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law").

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Law, applications regarding these rights to our Company as data controller must be made in writing or through other methods defined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). In this context, written applications to our Company must be sent via notary or registered email using this form from a physical environment.

Your applications will be answered within "at most thirty days and as soon as possible" from the date we receive your request, depending on the nature of your request, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13. Responses will be sent electronically or in writing in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.

Depending on the nature of this form and your request, the information and documents requested from you must reach us accurately. If the required information and documents are not provided as required, problems may arise in carrying out our Company's work completely and with quality. In this case, our Company's legal rights are reserved. Therefore, the relevant form must be sent with the correct information and documents according to your request.
